Music in Society, a brand-new scientific-artistic master's programme, starts in fall of 2024 at the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. It offers students the opportunity to acquire comprehensive musical knowledge and competencies from sociological, cultural, economic and gender-specific perspectives over four semesters. The practical music part of the programme can be completed in the areas of Popular Music, Music Making in Social Contexts or Traditional Musics.
Registration for the entrance examination is possible from 1 March to 27 May 2024!
