Duration: 5-6 Months

Tasks:
- Vorbereitung von Musikveröffentlichungen: Vorbereitung & Auslieferung an Vertriebe
- Unterstützung der Tresor-Merchandise Produktion: Produktrecherche, Einholen von Angeboten,
Bestellungen, Konzeption, sowie Betreuung von Fotoshoots
- Anlegen und Pflege von Produkten im Online Shop und anderen Plattformen wie Bandcamp oder
Soundcloud
- Kundenbetreuung und Beantwortung von Webshop-Anfragen- Erstellen von Playlists auf StreamingDiensten (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, etc.)
- Unterstützung der A&R Abteilung bei der Neuaufnahme von Künstler*innen
- Assistenz bei der Abrechnung von Künstler*innen: Import von Sales und Kosten
- Assistieren des Booking-Teams bei der wöchentlichen und monatlichen Planung
- Upload und Pflege von Veranstaltungen auf Online-Plattformen
- Koordination von Veranstaltungsdetails und zwischen Veranstaltern, Agenturen, Booking- und Social-Media-Team.
