“Lecturer” (pending funding): Historical Musicology/Ethnomusicology.

This is a full-time teaching position, non-tenure track, with a nine-month appointment. Renewal possible, contingent upon funding and evidence of excellent teaching.
Duties include: teach lecture sections of introductory courses in musicology, with possible topics selected from western art music, jazz, American music, and rock music; teach upper-level undergraduate course in Music in World Cultures. Other teaching duties possible as needed.
Ph.D. in historical musicology or ethnomusicology required by time of appointment.
